Floristic survey of the NR Trupelník and NR Dřínek and their adjacent areas

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo provést komplexní floristický průzkum s důrazem na chráněné a významné druhy, vymezení rostlinných společenstev a navrhnout vhodný management pro jejich zachování. Sledované území, PR Trupelník a PR Dřínek, se nachází asi 3 kilometr na východ od města Bíliny v okrese Teplice. Území bylo rozděleno na několik lokalit podle Plánu péče a závěrečné zprávy (Kolektiv, 2001a; Bělohoubek, 2006). Fytocenologické snímkování jsem prováděla dle Moravce et. all. (1995). Vytvořila jsem celkové seznamy nalezených druhů a určila stupeň ohrožení. Zjištěná data jsem převedla do digitální podoby. Pomocí programu Juice jsem určila společenstva, třídy stálosti či dominantní a diagnostické druhy. Dále jsem pracovala s metodikou multikriteriálního hodnocení stavu a péče v maloplošných zvláště chráněných územích (Svátek, Buček, 2005). Na zájmovém území o rozloze 45 ha jsem vytvořila celkem 55 fytocenologických snímků. V celém území jsem nalezla 228 taxonů. Na území PR Trupelník bylo celkem nalezeno 194 druhů rostlin, na území PR Dřínek 183 a v okolí 228. Z celkového počtu nalezených druhů spadalo 23 druhů mezi ohrožené či chráněné. Do kategorie silně ohrožených jsem zařadila 7 druhů a do ohrožených 11. Zbývajících 6 druhů patří mezi vzácnější taxony vyžadující pozornost. V celém zájmovém území jsme určila 9 společenstev, u některých se mi podařilo určit třídu, řád i svaz. Závěrem mé práce byl zjištěn celkový nárůst populací ohrožených a chráněných druhů rostlin a zaznamenání nových druhů, které na území nebyly dřívějšími floristickými průzkumy nalezeny či zapsány na informační tabuli, například Listera ovata.

Abstract:

The main aim of the Bachelor thesis was make a floristic survey of the all species and find out the protected and significant species, asses the phytoceonoses and propose a suitable management for their conservation. The observed ares (NR Trupelník and Dřínek) are located about 3 km to the east of city Bílina. The observed ares were divided into the several habitats acording to the care´s plan of protected ares and the final report (Collective, 2001a; Bělohoubek, 2006). I made the phytoceonological survey acording to the method of Moravce et. all. (1995). I created a list of the found species and identified a endangering of them. I made the digital maps of the research data. I used a statistical program Juice for identification of the plant communities, the stability of the dominant class. I made some multikriterial assessment of the state and care of the observed habitats according to Svátek, Buček (2005). Extent of the observed area was 45 ha. I created the 55 fytoceonological survey and I found 228 taxon. There were found out the 194 species of plants in the NR Trupelník, the 183 species in the NR Dřínek and around 228. The list contained the 23 endangered species of total number of the found species. I included in the category of highly endangered species 7 taxons and in the endangered species 11 taxons and like significant 6 taxons more rare taxa requiring attention. There were identified the 9 plant union in the observed area. There was determinated the increase of the populations of the endangered species of the flora and recorded the increase of the new species, which weren´t recorded in the recent years by floristic surveys there (f.e. Listera ovata).
