Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá balancováním výrobní linky. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se výrobních systémů. Následně je popsána metodika normování práce a vyvažování výrobních linek. V praktické části je provedena časová analýza jednotlivých pracovišť balancované výrobní linky a následně navržená možná řešení. This thesis deals with the production line balancing. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of production systems. The methodology of normalization of work and balancing of production lines is subsequently described.
