Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přípravu a charakterizaci perovskitů LaYO3 dopovaných různými koncentracemi Er3+. Tyto materiály byly syntetizovány sol-gel spalovací technikou. Výsledný gel byl následně žíhán v peci při teplotách 800 a 1100 °C po dobu dvou hodin a 1400 °C po dobu 5 h. Abstract:
The present bachelor thesis is focused on the preparation and characterization of LaYO3 perovskites doped with various concentrations of Er3+. These materials were synthesized by sol- gel combustion technique. The resulting gel was subsequently annealed in an oven at temperatures of 800 and 1100 °C for 2 h and 1400 °C for 5 h.
