The Bachelor Thesis deals with translation of four different texts whose common theme is human approach to the environment. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical one and a practical one. Bakalářská práce se zabývá překladem čtyř různých textů, jejichž společným tématem je přístup člověka k životnímu prostředí. Práce se skládá ze dovu částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou popsány fáze překladu, překlad dvojí normy, rozdíl mezi komunikativním a sémantickým překladem a funkční styly.
