Abstract:
Práce s využitím konceptů výzkumu terorismu a tranziční spravedlnosti analyzuje okolnosti bombového útoku StB ve Štrasburku v roce 1957, jeho vyšetřování a navazující soudní proces v České republice po pádu komunismu.
Abstract:
This work analyzes the circumstances of the bomb attack commited by Czechoslovakian secret police in Strasbourg in 1957, its investigation and subsequent trial in the Czech Republic after the fall of communism with using the concepts of terrorism and transitional justice.
