Abstract:
Diplomová práce je věnována problematice ekonomických souvislostí rozhodčího řízení. Rozhodčí řízení je považováno za vhodnější způsob řešení obchodních sporů mezi podnikateli a pro strany sporu rychlejší a méně nákladné. Abstract:
The thesis is devoted to problems of economic relationships arbitration. Arbitration is considered to be a more appropriate way to resolve business disputes between entrepreneurs and parties to the dispute faster and less costly.
