Using hipotherapy in rehabilitation

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je ?Využití hipoterapie v rehabilitaci?. Hipoterapie patří mezi fyzioterapeutické metody. K léčbě využívá především specifického působení koňského kroku na lidské tělo. V obecné části jsem se snažila zmapovat vývoj hipoterapie u nás a porovnat, jak tento vývoj probíhal v zahraničí. Dále jsem se pokusila vyjmenovat a vysvětlit používanou terminologii v hiporehabilitaci. Také jsem se snažila nastínit, jaké jsou potřebné podmínky pro provádění hipoterapie a jaké jsou její specifické účinky na lidský organismus. Pokusila jsem se také popsat principy Vojtovy reflexní lokomoce. Ve speciální části jsem se zaměřila na bližší vysvětlení působení pohybu koňského hřbetu na člověka a na důležitost správného provádění terapie. V hlavní části popisuji seznámení s pacientkou. Zabývala jsem se její anamnézou, provedla vstupní vyšetření, stanovila jsem krátkodobý rehabilitační plán. Poté jsem s pacientkou prováděla cvičení dle krátkodobého rehabilitačního plánu, provedla výstupní kineziologický rozbor a vytvořila dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. V závěru jsem se snažila zhodnotit výsledky své práce a zhodnotit splnění či nesplnění cílů a úkolů práce.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is ?Hippotherapy in physiotherapy use?. Hippotherapy falls into physiotherapy treatment methods. For treatment, it mainly makes use of a specific impact of horse gait on human body. Within the general part of my thesis, I tried to chart the hippotherapy development by us and compare it to its development abroad. I also attempted to enumerate and to explain used terms of hippotherapy, to outline essential conditions of conducting hippotherapy as well as to sketch its specific influence on human body. Furthermore, I tried to describe the principles of Vojta reflex locomotion. In the special part of the thesis, I focused on a detailed explanation of the influence of horseback movements on humans and on emphasising the importance of conducting the therapy correctly. Within the main part of my thesis, I describe meeting with my patient. I dealt with her anamnesis, carried out starting examination, and I set a short-term rehabilitation plan. After that, I did exercises with my patient according to the short-term rehabilitation plan, I accomplished final kinesiological analysis, and I set a long-term rehabilitation plan. In the final part, I tried to sum up the results of my work and to evaluate completion and incompleteness of targets and tasks set in my thesis.
