Dokument se zabývá možnostmi centralizovaného ukládání a dalšího zpracování dokumentů v organizaci. Text navazuje na vytvořený software který se skládá ze dvou částí. První část je reprezentována tenkým klientem který slouží pro administraci uživatelů, šablon pro ukládání jednotlivých dokumentů a klientskou částí.
