Abstract:
Vypočítání hodnoty vytipovaných parametrů z časové řady 3D dat vektoru rychlosti větru, u kterých jsou předpoklady, že jsou korelovány s útlumem optického bezkabelového spoje a tudíž i fluktuacemi indexu lomu nehomogenní atmosféry.
