Tato práce je zaměřena na vytváření tenkých strukturovaných vrstev za použití technologie plazmové tužky a zkoumá vliv depozičních parametrů na jejich utváření. Pro tento účel byl aplikován prekurzor dusičnanu zirkonylu. This work is focused on creating thin structured layers using plasma technology pencils and examines the influence of deposition parameters on their formation. For this purpose it was applied precursor of zirconyl nytrate.
