Method of financing innovation and method of management innovation process

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zanalyzovat inovační proces a způsoby financování inovací ve firmě HELUZ cihlářský průmysl v.o.s. Součástí této práce bude komparace vybraných aspektů inovační politiky podniku s inovační politikou naší země na základě údajů získaných z Českého statistického úřadu. V první části této práce jsou nejprve nashromážděny teoretické znalosti spojené s problematikou inovování a financování. Druhá část práce se zabývá analýzou inovační politiky v podniku. Následuje analýza jednotlivých kroků inovačního procesu. Dále je práce zaměřena na analýzy a rozbory vybraných zdrojů financování inovací. Výsledkem jednotlivých analýz je především ucelený pohled na inovační politiku vybrané firmy, odhalení možných problémů a případné navržení opatření. Jsou to však také informace, zda je správně nastaven inovační proces ve vybrané firmě a jak podnik přistupuje k financování inovací.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the innovation process and the ways to finance future innovations in the company called HELUZ cihlářský průmysl v.o.s. One of the components of this thesis is a comparison between some chosen aspects of the innovative company politics and innovative politics of our country based on the evidence obtained from the Czech Bureau of statistics. Theoretical knowledge about problems in innovation and the financing side of it is described first. Followed by the analysis of each of the individual innovation processes. Furthermore, this thesis focuses on the data analysis of a few specific chosen resources that have been used to finance innovations currently. The result of each individual analysis streamlines the view of innovation politics in the selected firm, it discovers possible issues and it applies suggestions to prevent them from happening in the future. In summary, this thesis clarifies whether the company‘s innovation process is set up efficiently and it highlights the company approach towards financing innovation.
