Restructuring the business during the economic recession

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na popis pojmu ekonomická recese, jeho vysvětlení a přiblížení několika největších celosvětových ekonomických recesí ve 20. století. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis pojmu „ekonomická recese“, vysvětlení proč dochází k výkyvům na ekonomických trzích, jaké mají jednotlivé vlivy důsledky na celosvětovou ekonomii. Výsledková část se věnuje popisu vybrané společnosti, její historii od založení až po současné působení na trhu. Hlouběji popisuje konkrétní závod v České republice, výrobní procesy, personální zdroje a podíl jednotlivých zákazníků na tržbách konkrétního závodu po jednotlivých letech mezi roky 1999 až 2015. Dále popisuje kroky jednotlivých oddělení provedených nejen v průběhu ekonomické krize, ale i v následujících letech po ní, které společnosti pomohly krizi překonat a následně posílit její postavení na trhu dodavatelů automobilového průmyslu.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the description of the concept of economic recession, his explanation and approach some of the biggest global economic recession in the 20th century. The theoretical part is focused on the description of the term "economic recession", explain why fluctuations in the economic markets, which have implications for the individual effects of the global economy. Results part describes the selected company, its history from inception to the present operation on the market. Deeper describes a specific race in the Czech Republic, production processes, human resources and the share of individual customers on sales of a particular race for each year between 1999 and 2015. It also describes the steps each department conducted only during the economic crisis, but also in the years after, which helped the company overcome the crisis and consequently strengthen its position in the market automotive suppliers.
