Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na motivaci k dárcovství ve vybrané oblasti neziskového sektoru - dobrovolní dárci krve. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z části teoretické a části praktické. This bachelor thesis is focused on motivation for donation in selected area of non-profit sector - voluntary blood donors. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part.
