Výskyt Brucella spp. u vybraných zástupců volně žijících obratlovců a hematofágních vektorů
Presence of Brucella spp. in selected groups of free-living vertebrates and haematophagous vectors
Abstract:
Brucelóza je zoonóza způsobená gramnegativními bakteriemi rodu Brucella spp., které postihují domácí i volně žijící obratlovce. Navzdory zlepšeným preventivním opatřením zůstává brucelóza v mnoha regionech světa významným problémem. Cílem práce bylo provést široký molekulární skríning vybraných zástupců volně žijících obratlovců a hematofágních vektorů na přítomnost této bakterie. Celkem bylo zanalyzováno …moreAbstract:
Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease caused by gram-negative bacteria of the genus Brucella spp., affecting both domestic and wild vertebrates. Despite improved preventive measures, brucellosis remains a significant problem in many regions of the world. The aim of this study was to conduct a broad molecular screening of selected representatives of free-living vertebrates and hematophagous vectors for …more
