Cílem této práce je přinést objektivní analýzu sociálního systému nastaveného v Baťově koncernu v průběhu jeho fungování až do roku 1945 ve Zlíně a na jejím základě vymezit jaký typ politiky jeho zakladatel zastával. The aim of this thesis is to bring objective analysis of the social system of Tomáš Baťa's concern during its existence until 1945 in Zlín. Based on this analysis it is trying to appoint a type of policy, that the founder was advocating.
