The theme of the bachelor theses is Usage BOSU in a football training for boys U14. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In theoretical part we describe sections, which are part of training process, as well as differences between youth and adults athletes and summary of theoretical findings about BOSU. Abstract:
Témou bakalárskej práce je Využite BOSU v futbalovom tréningu starších žiakov. Práca je rozdelená na 2 časti, teoretickú a praktickú. V teoretickej časti popisujeme zložky, ktoré sú základom tréningového procesu, rozdiely medzi mládežou a dospelými, ako aj súhrn teoretických poznatkov o balančnej pomôcke BOSU. Praktická časť obsahuje zásobník cvičení na BOSU a jednotlivé popisy k daným cvikom.
