Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo posouzení vlivu zaměstnanců na spokojenost hotelových hostů s kvalitou a množstvím nabízených služeb hotelu Victoria v Plzni, dále získat inspirační podněty k jejich možnému zlepšování a následně navrhnout vedení hotelu určitá doporučení, která by vedla ke zlepšení služeb. Main objective of my Bachelor´s Dissertation was to find out overall impact of employees on customer satisfaction and also the quality and the amount of all offered services at the Hotel Victoria in Plzen.
