Abstract:
Cílem práce je popsat jednotlivé prostředky k dosažení nápravy pachatelů trestných činů a jejich možnosti resocializace v době výkonu trestu. Je zde uveden popis a rozdělení jednotlivých druhů aktivit prováděných v rámci programu zacházení a odlišnosti v systému zacházení s odsouzenými na standardních či specializovaných oddělení.

The objektive of this Work is to describe single means of correction of criminal offenders and possibilties of re-acculturation dutiny service of term of imprisonment.
