Methods of execution and its impact on the indebtedness of the current population

Abstract:

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je krátký exkurs do historie exekucí, který pokračuje přiblížením současných pramenů práva tohoto fenoménu v ČR. Zaměřuje se především na komparaci exekučních nákladů při exekuci daňové a exekuci vedené soudním exekutorem. Nejde však o detailní a vyčerpávající rozbor jednotlivých institutů. Jde o zamyšlení nad dopady a důsledky legálně zvolených exekučních postupů jako jednoho z mnoha příčin vedoucího k zadlužení. Jádrem práce je pak zadlužení domácností, zejména pak jeho vývoj, příčiny a sociální dopady. Aktuální stav sou-časné společnosti konfrontuje s přístupem dlužníků i státu. Snaží se v rámci prevence a konkrétních nástrojů přispět ke zvýšení finanční gramotnosti a tím ke snížení zadlužení. V empirické části zkoumám důsledky vlivu exekučních nákladů na zadlužení a jejich vnímání samotnými dlužníky

Abstract:

The content of this thesis is a short excursion into the history of executions which follows the ap-proach of the current sources of law of this phenomenon in the country. It mainly focuses on the comparison of execution costs when the tax execution and execution led by the judicial executor. It is not a detailed and comprehensive analysis of the individual institutes. It is a reflection on the im-pact and consequences of legally elected-tion enforcement procedures as one of the many causes leading to debt. The core of the work is household debt, especially its development, causes and so-cial impacts. The current state of contemporary society confronts borrowers with access to the state. It seeks to prevent and specifically-machines contribute to increasing financial literacy and to reduce debt. In the empirical part deals with the consequences of the impact of execution costs on debt and their perception of themselves borrowers
