Práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci výrobní portfolio ve firmě Baťa a.s. Cílem řešení je prostřednictvím metod pro analýzu vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy se specifikací na problematiku výrobního portfolia rozhodnout, zda záměr rozšířit výrobní sortiment je správný strategický záměr. The thesis is focused on optimizing of productive portfolio in a Baťa a.s. enterprise. Baťa a. s. The aim is to decide trough the methods for internal and external environs of an enterpsise with a specification on a problems of productive portfolio, if it´s right strategic concept extend the product assortmennt.
