This diploma thesis deals with the financial and strategic analysis of the company Janssen-Cilag s.r.o. for the years of 2016–2020. The goal of the thesis is to determine and provide a comprehensive overview of the financial health of the company, to define the overall revenue potential of the valued company and based on the outputs to build a financial plan for the next five years.
