Abstract:
Anotace: Předmětem diplomové práce je řízení zpětných toků a konkurenceschopnost podniku. Teoretická část je přehledem dosavadních poznatků v této oblasti. Praktická část je vykonána ve společnosti Globus ČR k. s. prodejní dům Olomouc. Cílem práce je analyzovat proces a náklady na stohování vratných palet a navrhnout zlepšení stávajícího stavu.

Anotation: The object of the thesis is reverse flow management and corporate competitiveness. Theoretical part of the text is an overview of the present knowledge related to this topic. The research done in the practical part of the text is conducted in Globus ČR k.s.in Olomouc.
