Předmětem bakalářské práce je nové pojetí dělby moci, tedy jak je dělba moci chápána v souvislosti s volenými, ale především nevolenými orgány. Nevolené orgány vykonávají kontrolu nad orgány, jejichž členové do úřadu vzešli z voleb. V práci se budu zabývat termíny, jako jsou legitimita a kontrola exekutivy i legislativy nevolenými orgány, k čemuž využiji texty Pierra Rosanvallona a Franka Viberta. …more
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor thesis is New Conception of Separation of Powers. This is the way how is interpreted this conception in connection with the elected but especially the unelected authorities. The unelected authorities execute control of elected authorities.
