Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Optimalizace personálních činností v organizaci je zpracována jako případová studie společnosti a poukazuje na personální činnosti, které a jakým způsobem probíhají v této společnosti. Na začátku je uvedena teorie tohoto oboru, kde tato práce popisuje pravidla řízení personálních činností a jejich optimalizaci dle odborných publikací. Následuje analytická část zabývající konkrétními personálními činnostmi, kde jsou vysvětleny některé postupy a analýzy. Na to navazuje kvalitativní výzkum, který odhaluje a popisuje nedostatky v personálních činnostech v organizaci. V poslední návrhové části jsou návrhy na zlepšení a inovace, které by pomohly společnosti optimalizovat personální činnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis on the topic Optimization of personnel activities in the organization is processed as a case study of the company and points out the personnel activities that take place in this company and in what way. At the beginning, the theory of this field is presented, where this work describes the rules of managing personnel activities and their optimization according to professional publications. This is followed by a analytical part dealing with specific personnel activities, where some procedures and analyzes are explained. This is followed by qualitative research that reveals and describes deficiencies in personnel activities in the organization. In the last design part, there are suggestions for improvements and innovations that would help the company to optimize personnel activities.
