Swimming level of students of physical education and sports at University J.E.Purkyně in years 2008-2018

Abstract:

V této výzkumné bakalářské práci analyzujeme plaveckou úroveň studentů tělesné výchovy a sportu Univerzity Jana Evangelisty Purkyně v letech 2008 - 2018. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, zdali během let došlo ke statisticky významným, popřípadě věcně významným rozdílům. V teoretické části se zabýváme obecnými záležitostmi, týkající se plavání. Dále popisujeme výuku plavání a její členění na Univerzitě Jana Evangelisty Purkyně a v poslední řadě uvádíme odborné studie na podobné téma. V rámci výzkumu jsme použili data naměřených časů (v sekundách) z plaveckého testu na 100 metrů plaveckým způsobem kraul. Pomocí statistických metod analyzujeme plavecké výkony, které jsou interpretovány ve výsledcích, a na závěr získané výsledky porovnáváme a komentujeme v diskuzi.

Abstract:

In this research bachelor thesis we analyze the swimming level of students of physical education and sport at University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně in years 2008 - 2018. The aim of this study is to find out whether there are statistically significant differences and practical significant differences during the years. In the theoretical part we talk about general matters concerning swimming. Furthermore, we describe the swimming lesson and its structure at the University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně. Lastly we present professional studies similiar to our topic. In the research part we used data (times in seconds) from swimming test of 100 meters swimming crawl stroke. Using statistical methods we analyze swimming performances, which are interpreted in the results of this study and in the end we compare and comment the results in the discussion.
