France and the woman emancipation: Claude Habib, Virginie Despentes

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is the emancipation of women and the importance of France in the evolution of women´s issues. The first part will focus on the status of women in the history of mankind, since the origins of society, three million years ago, till the 20th century. The second part will compare two books of French authors. The first book is French gallantry written by Claude Habib and the second book is the King Kong Theory from Virginie Despentes. This section will be dedicated to an analysis of different opinions on the current women´s situation presented in these two books.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem emancipace žen a významem Francie ve vývoji ženské otázky. V první části se zaměří na postavení žen v historii lidstva od vzniku prvních společností před třemi miliony let až do dvacátého století. Druhá část této práce se bude věnovat srovnávací analýze esejí dvou francouzských autorek, konkrétně Claude Habib a její knihy Francouzská galance a Virginie Despentes a jejího díla King Kong Teorie. Předmětem této analýzy budou názory autorek na současnou situaci žen, které jsou v knihách prezentovány.
