Dělitelnost a nedělitelnost předmětu občanskoprávního vztahu

Divisibility and Indivisibility of the Subject in Civil Relationship
Abstract:
Práce popisuje a vývojovým i historickým srovnáním přibližuje problematiku dělitelnosti předmětu občanskoprávního vztahu ve vztahu k relacím hodnoty a funkce věci. Poukazuje též na spolupráci práva s jinými mimoprávními vědními disciplínami při dělení předmětu a věci. Dále se zabývá blízkými instituty dělitelnost, jakými jsou příslušenství, součást věci či věc hromadná.
Abstract:
This work deals with problems of matter and the object of civil-law relations, its divisibility and indivisibility. Main purpose is describe and to approach the problem of divisibility and refer to the cooperation of law with other sciences in the act of dividing.
