Diplomová práce se věnuje oblasti motivace a odměňování v resortu Armády České republiky. Cílem práce je zhodnotit spokojenost vojáků z povolání se systémem motivace a odměňování u 71. mechanizovaného praporu. The diploma thesis deals with the area of motivation and remuneration in the department of the Army of the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the satisfaction of professional soldiers with the system of motivation and reward for the 71st Mechanized Battalion.
