Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Vývoj hypotečních úverů v České a Slovenské republice“ je rozbor problematiky hypotekárnych úverov v rokoch 2006 - 2017. Prvá časť je zameraná na historický vývoj bankového systému v Československej, Českej a Slovenskej republike. Druhá časť sa zaoberá úverovými produktami určenými na financovanie bývania.
