Common speech in Velkomeziříčsko with special focus on the language of cooking instructions

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálním stavem běžné mluvy na Velkomeziříčsku. Tematicky se specializuje na názvy pokrmů, nápojů, kuchyňského náčiní, vybavení a na specifický jazyk kuchařských návodů. Na základě přepisů zvukových nahrávek, které byly pořízeny během terénních výzkumů s mluvčími nejstarší generace, jsou analyzovány vybrané aspekty jazyka. Dotazníkové šetření, vytvořené podle vybraných položek z Českého jazykového atlasu, bylo pro porovnání vedeno i mezi respondenty ze střední a nejmladší generace. Získané výsledky jsou dále porovnávány se stavem zachyceným v Českém jazykovém atlase. Cílem práce je analýza jazyka spojeného s kuchyřskými návody a stanovení dosud živých nářečních jevů v rovině hláskosloví, tvarosloví a lexika. Práce přispěje k rozšíření poznatků o vývoji jazyka v šeskomoravské nářeční podskupině. Získané nahrávky obohatí archiv nářečních nahrávek dialektologického oddělení UJČ AV ČR.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis eals with the current state of common speech in the Velké Meziříčí region. It is focused on the names of meals, drinks, kitchen utensils, equipment, and the specific language of cooking instructions. Selected aspectsof the language are analysed based on transcripts of audio recordings made during terrain research with the speakers of the oldest generation. A questionnaire survey, based on selected items from the Czech Linguistic Atlas, was also conducted among respondents from the middle, and the youngest generations for comparsion. The results obtained with the state described in the Czech Linguistic Atlas. The aim of the work is to analyse the language associated with the cooking instructions and determine the still living dialectal phenomena in the terms of spelling and lexis. The work will contribute to the expansion of knowledge about the language in the Czech-Moravina dialect group. The obtained recordings will enrich the archive of dialect recordings of the dialectology department of the ÚJČ AV ČR.
