Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na kompetence vychovatele ve speciálně pedagogické instituci. Cílem teoretické části je seznámit s profesními předpoklady vychovatele a požadavky na výkon jeho pracovní činnosti - v oblasti legislativy, odbornosti, osobnostních předpokladů, vlivu výchovy, komunikačního rámce a kompetencí. The thesis is focused on the competence of educators in special education institution. The objective is to familiarize educators with professional requirements and performance requirements of his professional activities - in the legislative field, expertise, personal abilities, the influence of education, communication framework and competencies.
