Abstract:

Diplomová práce nazvaná „Pracovní prostředí a bezpečnost práce na chráněném pracovním místě ve firmě EMIT-CZ sociální podnik, s. r. o., pojednává o problematice zaměstnavatelů na chráněném trhu práce. Veledůležitou součástí podnikání na chráněném trhu práce je dodržování zákona o zaměstnanost číslo 435/2004 Sb. Z toho důvodu je v teoretické a následně v praktické části práce analýza a ověření tohoto zákona a je poukázáno na paragrafy, které společnost musí dodržovat, jestliže na takovém trhu práce chce úspěšně realizovat svůj podnikatelský záměr.Takový zaměstnavatel poskytuje pracovní poměr převážně osobám se zdravotním postižením. Důležité v této problematice je dodržování zásad vhodného chování, specifický přístup k zaměstnancům se zdravotním postižením a bezpečnost práce s ohledem na rizika. Nedílnou součástí takového přístupu je vytvoření a udržení vhodného pracovního prostředí pro takové zaměstnance. Šestá kapitola je zajímavým ověřením nejzákladnějších informací o těchto zaměstnavatelích, a to přímo v rámci diskuze se zaměstnanci podniku.

Abstract:

The thesis entitled "Working environment and safety of work at protected workplace in EMIT-CZ social company s. r. o." deals with problematics of employers on the protected labour market. Very important part of doing business on the protected labour market is to be compliant with employment law number 435/2004 Sb. There is analysis and verification of the employment law's paragraphs that business must follow in case it wants to carry out its business plan. Such an employer provides working contract mostly to disabled persons. This problematics is very sensitive therefore it's very important to practice good manners and to approach disabled employees differently. Making and maintaining suitable working environment is integral part of employing disabled people including work and risk safety.The sixth chapter contains interesting check of essential information about the employers in form of discussion with an employee who is in charge of financials of the company including responsibility for getting government subsidies for salaries of disabled employees.
