Diplomová práce se zabývá trestným činem maření spravedlnosti, zavedeným do českého právního řádu v roce 2019. V první části práce jsou přiblíženy historické souvislosti, kde je popsán právní stav a jeho judikaturní vývoj ještě před přijetím uvedeného trestného činu a dále jsou blíže uvedeny důvody legislativní změny. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the criminal offense of obstruction of justice, introduced into the Czech legal system in 2019. The first part of the thesis describes the historical context, where the legal situation and its case law development are described even before the adoption of the said criminal offense, and further on are detailed the reasons for the legislative change.
