Spectral analysis of adenine complexes with monovalent copper
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the synthetic route and analysis of a copper(I) complex of adenine in order to determine its stoichiometry and stability. The individual intermediates and the product of the synthesis, the Cu(I)Ade complex, were analysed using FTIR and NMR spectroscopic methods. Předkládaná bakalářska práce se zabývá syntézou a studiem měďného komplexu adeninu za účelem stanovení jeho stechiometrie a stability. Jednotlivé meziprodukty syntézy a výsledný produkt, komplex Cu(I)Ade, byly studavány pomocí spektrálních metod, jako je FTIR a NMR spektroskopie.
