Diplomová práce se zabývá právnickými osobami a jejich trestní odpovědností, co vede ke vzniku trestní odpovědnosti a jak a na základě čeho ji vymáhat. Největší důraz je kladen na různé přístupy a úpravy, jejich srovnání. Popisuje historický vývoj, vznik a důvody existence. The thesis deals with legal entities and their criminal liability of legal entities, what leads to criminal liability and how it can be achieved. The greatest emphasis is placed on different approaches and adjustments, their comparison. I describe the historical development, origin and reasons for existence.
