Proposal business plan of the gastronomic company

Abstract:

Obsahem práce s názvem „Návrh podnikatelského záměru gastronomického podniku” je vytvoření restauračního zařízení v objektu jezdeckého areálu ve Staré Boleslavi. Prioritou bylo především zanechat jezdecký klub jako majtele restaurační budovy, který provozovnu kompletně zařídí a následně jí pronajímá pro obvyklý restaurační provoz. Do klubu, tak po splacení podnikatelského úvěru budou přiváděny finanční prodtředky v podobě nájemného, které jezdecký klub bude od restaurace vybírat v měsíčních částkách. Práce je setavena, dle skutečných údajů a zaobíra se jak pohledem Jezdeckého areálu, tak pohledem nájemce restaurace. Práce obsahuje samotné představení podniků jezdeckého klubu a provozovny Divoká Kobyla, kde jezdecký klub je existujícím podnikem a restaurace Divoká Kobyla je podnikem neexistujícím, pro který je zpracován tento podnikatelský záměr. Dále práce obsahuje marketingové analýzy, zhodnocení investiční příležitosti, veškeré náklady a výnosy z provozní činnosti pro oba podniky, podnikatelský úvěr pro jezdecký klub. Tato práce má podat výboru jezdeckého klubu základní informace o možném vybudování plánované restaurace a její funkčnost v průběhu následujících let.

Abstract:

Work resume with a Title „Proposal Business Plan of The Gastronomic Company” is to create a dining facility in the Jockey Club area in Stara Boleslav. The aim was to leave the Jockey Club restaurant as the owner of the building which will equipt the workshop completely and then rent it for normal business activities. So there will be funds conducted from renting after repayment of the loan. The work is composed according to real information, it is taking into account the view of the jockey club as well as the tenants of the restaurant. Work includes the actual performance of enterprises and establishments of Jockey Club and restaurant Divoka Kobyla, marketing analysis, financial plan, part of all the expenses and income from operations for both companies, business loan for Jockey Club and valorization of investments. This document is intended to show to the Jockey Club committee the reasons to build it up as well as to provide the basic information about its functionality over the years after the establishment.
