Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku poruch pamětí typu RAM na architektuře x86. Zabývá se příčinami jejich vzniku, jejich projevy a způsoby jejich detekce. Obsahuje přehled nejběžnějších algoritmů pro detekci těchto poruch, srovnání jejich detekčních schopností a příklady implementace těchto algoritmů do hardwarových a softwarových testerů.Abstract:
This work focuses on the faults of random access memories (RAM) on the architecture x86. It deals with the causes of their occurrence, their effects and the ways of their detection.
