Procedure for registration of a bank, the licensing of banking activities
Abstract:
The work examines procedure of registration and licensing of commercial banks, on the basis of analysis Ukrainian law. There are detailed descriptions of procedures of registration and licensing, requirements to the participant, authorized capital etc. Also there were represented samples of filling documents, which are required in process of registration and licensing bank.
Abstract:
V práci se prozkoumává postup registrace a licencování komerčních bank, a to na základě analýzy legislativy Ukrajiny. Podrobně je popsán postup registrace a licencování, požadavky na účastníky, základní kapitál apod. Kromě toho, jsou tady uvedeny formy (vzorky) pro vyplnění požadovaných dokumentů v průběhu registrace a vyřízení licence pro banku.
