Modern Types of Bullying: Connotative Meanings of Terms

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce navazuje na práci bakalářskou a pojednává také o problematice šikany, tentokrát o jejích moderních druzích jako jsou stalking a kyberšikana. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, jako jsou konflikty, šikana a dále se zaměřuje na agresora, oběť či prevenci. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu, který byl proveden sémantickým diferenciálem pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Respondenti jsou náhodní uživatelé sociálních sítí a komunikačních portálů. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak lidé vnímají různé pojmy, které s tématikou šikany souvisí.

Abstract:

This thesis builds on the bachelor thesis and deals with the issue of bullying. Is focuses on issues of modern types of bullying, such as cyber bullying and stalking. The main topic summarises conflicts, bullying, the aggressor, victim and the prevention of these phenomena. The practical part comprises of the quantitative research. The method which was used was semantic differential via the questionnaire. The respondents are random users of social networks and communication portals. The goal of the thesis is to analyse how people perceive different terms which are related to the theme of bullying.
