Stomie vyskytující se u novorozenců a kojenců na dolní části zažívacího traktu jsou především dočasné. Nejčastějším důvodem pro vytvoření ileostomie nebo kolostomie je nekrotická enterokolitida, dále vrozené vývojové vady. Abstract:
The stoma formations at the lower GIT region in neonatal and early infant population are usually only a temporary measure. The most common reason for creating an ileostomy or colostomy is necrotising enterocolitis, followed by congenital malformations of GIT.
