Tato práce si klade za cíl v první řadě zmapovat významné faktory, které mohly ovlivnit absolventy CARITAS-VOŠs Olomouc oboru Sociální a humanitární práce v tom, že se rozhodli nepokračovat profesně v oblasti humanitární pomoci a rozvojové spolupráce. The aim of this graduate thesis is to map important factors that could influence the graduates of CARITAS- College of Social Work Olomouc of Social and humanitarian work in decision not to continue as a humanitarian worker in humanitarian assistance and development cooperation.
