Resocialization from the perspective of penitentiary and post-penitentiary care experts

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma resocializace z pohledu odborníků penitenciární a postpenitenciární péče. Byl definován cíl a to návrh na změnu programu zacházení a aktivit postpenitenciární péče. Práce čítá 6. kapitol a člení se na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část představuje resocializaci jako proces a dále jsou zde rozpracované pojmosloví, které se s tímto tématem pojí. Jelikož se tato diplomová práce zaměřuje na názory odborníků, tak je v kapitole číslo 2 rozpracován systém subjektů, které působí na dospělého pachatele TČ. Nynější trend v resocializační oblasti je restorativní přístup. Tento přístup je popsán v kapitole Restorativní justice, jsou zde rozvedeny i trendy ve světě. Další kapitoly diplomové práce se zaměřují na resocializační programy jak v penitenciární, tak v postpenitenciární péči. Praktická část se věnuje výzkumu, zaměřeném na expertní rozhovory. Sběr dat byl následně zanalyzován obsahovou analýzou a pro zobrazování dat byla zvolena metoda modifikované zakotvené teorie. Výsledky jsou shrnuty v závěru výzkumu a zde jsou zodpovězeny i stanovené výzkumné otázky. Tato celá procedura dopomohla ke komplexnímu pohledu na tuto problematiku a následkem bylo definování cíle. Návrh na změnu programu zacházení a aktivit postpenitenciární péče je definován v samotném závěru diplomové práce.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on resocialization from the perspective of penitentiary and postpenitentiary experts. There was defined the main aim of research proposal to change of Treatment program in prisons "Program zacházení" and change of pospenitentiary activities. There are 6 chapter in this work and it is divided into two main parts theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part presents resocialization as a complex process. The resocialization process is further developed here in terminology. This thesis focuses on the opinions of experts. The current trend of the resocialization is the restorative approach. This approach is described in chapter "Restorative justice", there are described trends of resocialization in the world as well. Other chapters of theoretical part focuses on treatment programs in penitentiary and postpenitentiary care The practical part is devoted to research which is focused to interview with experts. The data was subsequently analyzed by the content analysis. For displayingv of results was chosen method called modified grounded theory. The results are summarized in the conclusion and there are answers for all previous research questions. Whole procedure helped to a comprehensive view on the issue. Proposal to change of treatment program and change of pospenitentiary activities is defined at the very end of the thesis.
