The main task of the bachelor thesis is to implement the World Class Manufacturing system at the HCC plant of Liberty Ostrava, a.s. The theoretical part focuses on describing the principle of "World Class Manufacturing" (WCM) within which it describes the methods of One Point Lection and Workplace Standardization as part of the Six Sigma methodology.
