Abstract:

Práce si klade za cíl popsat příčiny poruch šikmých střech, zhodnotit jejich důsledky a zvážit i ekonomické hledisko případných rekonstrukcí. Také vyjmenovává biologické škůdce, kteří ohrožují svým působením dřevěné konstrukce nosných prvků. Na konci metodické části se práce zaměřuje na vyčíslení ekonomického hlediska jednotlivých rekonstrukcí. V aplikační části je popsán objekt, jeho historie a současný stav vyžadující rekonstrukci. Popsány jednotlivé poruchy. Byly vytvořeny 4 návrhy rekonstrukcí v různém rozsahu a s použitím různých materiálů, tak aby objekt i po rekonstrukci korespondoval s okolní zástavbou. V neposlední řadě došlo ke kalkulaci všech variant a jejich tepelně - technickému posouzení. V multi-kriteriálním hodnocení si majitelé zvolili nejvhodnější variantu.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to describe the causes of faults in oblique roofs, to evaluate their consequences and to consider the economic aspect of possible reconstructions. It also lists biological pests that are threatened by the wooden structure of the supporting elements. At the end of the methodological part, the thesis focuses on quantifying the economic aspects of individual reconstructions. The application section describes the object, its history and the current state requiring reconstruction. Individual failures are described. Four reconstruction designs have been made to different extents and using different materials so that the object corresponds to the surrounding area after reconstruction. Last but not least, the calculations of all variants and their thermal and technical assessment were made. In a multi-criteria evaluation, the owners have chosen the most appropriate option.
