Tato práce se zabývá popisem vybraného procesu, obecnými způsoby rozdělení procesů a možnostmi jejich zlepšování. Rešeršní část práce se zabývá dále problematikou údržby, řízení náhradních dílů a souvisejícími procesy, jako je nákup a logistika. This work deals with the description of the selected process, general ways of dividing processes and the possibilities of their improvement.
