Abstract:
Cílem práce je zmapovat informovanost a výskyt mobbingu ve vybraných firmách Plzeňského kraje. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů agrese, šikana a mobbing. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis's work is to chart awareness and instances of mobbing in chosen companies from Plzeň region. The work is split into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first one explains the terms agression, bullying and mobbing, with special consideration for the latter one.
