Importance of immunoregulatory CD8 T cells in multiple myeloma
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na imunoregulační CD8 T lymfocyty v souvislosti s mnohočetným myelomem. Hlavní důraz je kladen především na studium změn regulace počtu a funkce těchto T lymfocytů a to nejen onemocněním jako takovým, ale také léčbou pomocí imunomodulačních léků.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on immunoregulatory CD8 T cells in context of multiple myeloma. The main emphasis is above all on study of regulation changes in cell count and funciton of these T cells and that not only provided by disease as such, but also provided by immunomodulatory drugs.
