Abstract:

RONEŠOVÁ, K. Cestovní ruch v rámci EU. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2017. 48 stran. Bakalářská práce na téma Cestovní ruch v rámci EU je zaměřena zejména na příjezdový cestovní ruch a vliv migračních vln na cestovní ruch v Řecku. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na cestovní ruch a Evropskou unii, a to především na formy a druhy cestovního ruchu a na vztah Evropské unie k cestovnímu ruchu, a to i z pohledu institucionálního zabezpečení cestovního ruchu v EU či financování cestovního ruchu z fondů Evropské unie. Analytická část práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenceschopnosti řeckého cestovního ruchu a zapojení Řecka do programů Evropské unie, dále se tato část práce zabývá migrací a jejími dopady na cestovní ruch Řecka, a to včetně analýzy programů a projektů Evropské unie pro řešení uprchlické krize v Řecku. Závěrem této části je provedení výzkumného šetření, zaměřené na faktické dopady migračních vln na cestovní ruch na vybraném řeckém ostrově a jeho rekreačních střediscích (hotelových komplexech). Práce obsahuje návrhy na zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti a omezení dopadů migrace na cestovní ruch v Řecku. Metodou použitou při zpracování teoretické části práce je především deskripce, v rámci analytické části pak především analýza primárních a sekundárních dat, dedukce, logická indukce, komparace a syntéza.

RONEŠOVÁ, K. Tourism Policy in the European Union. [Bachelor Dissertation] Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague: 2017. 48 pages. The degree thesis titled Tourist industry within the EU is focused especially on incoming tourism and impact of migration waves on tourism in Greece. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to tourism and the European Union, namely to forms and types of tourism and relation of the European Union to tourism, also from the view of institutional securing of tourism in the EU or financing of tourism from the European funds. The analytical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of competitiveness of the Greek tourism industry and engagement of Greece in the EU programmes. Furthermore, this part of the thesis deals with the migration and its impacts on tourism in Greece, including the analysis of the EU programmes and projects designed for solution of immigration crisis in Greece. This part is concluded by survey research focused on factual impacts of migration waves on tourism in a selected Greek island and its holiday (hotel) resorts. The thesis contains proposals for increasing the competitiveness and limitation of impacts of migration on tourism in Greece. The method applied for drawing up the theoretical part of the thesis is primarily the description, while in the analytical part mainly the analysis of the primary and secondary data, deduction, logical induction, comparison and synthesis were applied.
