Tato práce se zabývá diskriminací uchazečů na trhu práce v náborovém procesu. Cílem práce je experimentální odhalení diskriminace na pražském trhu práce u pozic tradičně dominovaných ženami za využití korespondenční studie. This thesis deals with the discrimination of job seekers in the recruitment process. The aim of this work is to detect discrimination on the Prague labour market in positions traditionally dominated by women using correspondence study.
