Dne 14. března 2006 byl přijat Zákon č. 107/2006 Sb., o jednostranném zvyšování nájemného z bytu. Hlavním důvodem přijetí tohoto zákona je náprava deformovaného trhu s bydlením, což bylo způsobeno regulovaným nájemným a dlouholetou nečinností odpovědných státních institucí. Abstract:
On 14th March 2006 the Law No. 107/2006 about one-side raise of the rent has been accepted. The main reason of the acceptance of this law is the change of the deformed flats market, caused by controlled rent and long term inactivity of the responsible government insitutions.
